Minapa Punugulu Recipe










Ingredients:


1cup- Minapa pappu
1 3/4 or 2cups- Rice
1tspn- Mentulu
2-3tbspn- salt
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Soak Minapa pappu n Rice seperately for 5hrs.
-Now grind them both without adding much water.
*-Add less qty of water while grinding.The batter must be
Thick
-Soak it for another 5-7hrs.

After the batter is soaked
-Heat oil for deep frying
-Take small small qty of batter with fingures n drop them in
the oil.

it ll b very tasty n goes well with Peanut chutny.

(the batter process is nothing but Dosa batter. The only difference is the qty of water used. So use less qty of water while making batter)
if the batter is left over.. add some water n make minapa dosa.
can even add chillies n onions in Punugulu.
