Sponge Dosa Recipe










Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup attukulu(poha)
  • 4 cups pullati perugu
  • salt to taste
  • soda chitikedu
Method:
  1. Telugu version :periguni neelalaga chesukuni andulo rice mariu attukulu 5 hrs nanapettandi dantlo salt mariu soda add chese grind chesukondi grind chesina ventane dosalu vesuko vacchu. English Version:Soak Rice and Poha in Curd for five hours.
  2. Add salt soda grind it to smooth batter and make thick dosas with oil.
  3. serve hot with (ginger) chutney.
