Vermicelli Vada Recipe











Ingredients:


1 tsp (roasted, peeled and halved) Coriander powder -
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds(Jeerakam)
2 tbsp Ginger(chopped)
2 tbsp Green chillies(chopped)
1tea cup Groundnuts(Nelakadala)
1/2 tea cup Maida -
1tea cup Oil -

to taste Salt
1/2 tea cup Semolina(Sooji/Rava) -
1tea cup Vermicelli(Semiya)

Method:

1)Mix together all ingredients.

2)Make balls off it.

3)Shape them into vadas.

4)Heat oil in a pan.

5)Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.

:- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
