Atukula Vada Recipe












Ingradiants:
atukulu-1cup,
besan-1cup,
greenchilli-2or 3,
geelakarra-1/4 spoon,
allam vellulli paste-2 spoons,
yogurt-2cups,
corriander leaves-some,
salt -to taste.
oil- needed for frying


Method:


mix yogurt and atukulu and keep it aside for 15minutes.after 15minutes add in it greenchilli peices,geelakarra,salt ,allam vellu paste,corriander leaves chopped,besan and mix all those add some water and make it like thick mixture . make vadas and fry in oil till light brown.serve it with tamato sauce.

paneer amritsari Recipe












Ingradiants
:


firm paneer 500gm
2 onions sliced into thin rings
1teaspoon ginger paste
i teaspoon garlic finely crushed
1 teaspoon ajwain seeds
1/2 tablespoon coriander finely chopped
3/4 cup gram flour
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

Method:

cut paneer into 1"x1"x1" cubes.make a thick paste of flour,salt ,ginger,garlic,turmeric,ajwain.garam masala and tandoori masala.sprinkle a little water if needed.add 1/2 tablespoon of oil and mix well. use 2 tablespoon of this paste to marinate onions and rest to marinate pneer cubes for 10-15 minutes.fry or grill paneer pieces till crispy brown. keep them aside. heat remaining oil and saute the onions till light brown.add the marinate paste stir well and cook. when almost dry,add fried paneer pieces,and chilli powder.toss well and garnish with coriander.serve hot

chatpata snack Recipe












Ingradiants
:
verusenagapappu(palli) 250 gms
oil 1/4 cup
kottimeera 1/2 bunch
pachhi mirchi 100gms
ginger 50gms
seasame seeds 50gms
dry chilli 7 to 8 nos
dhania jeera powder 2 spoons
masala powder 1spoon

Method:
soak the verusenagapappu in water for 1 hour now put it in pressure cooker and cook it till done take a pan and dry fry the seasame seeds and dry mirchi make a powder of it in the mixer make a smooth paste of pachhi mirchi and ginger in the mixer take a pan put oil put the mirchi ginger paste and fry it now add the cooked verudsenagapappu and mix it thoroghly then add the seasame powder and mix it then add the dhania jeera powder and masala powder and mix it thoroghly decorate it with kottimeera delicious snack is ready

Mysore Bonda Recipe











Ingredients

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 small onion ( finely chopped)
  • 1 big spoon full of rice flour
  • Sour curd ( to make the batter)
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • Chopped coriander leaves (optional).
Method:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients using the curd to a bajji dough consistency.
  2. Keep this aside for 3 hrs.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot enough, drop the batter in oil and deep fry them till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
  5. Make sure the curd is sour enough.
  6. These bondas are very crispy and tasty too.

Home-made Paneer Recipe











Ingredients

  • 5 cups of whole milk
  • 2 tsps vinegar.
Method:
  1. Boil the milk in a open pan.
  2. When it's boiling, add the vinegar and wait
  3. for the milk to curdle completely.
  4. Take it off the fire and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour it onto a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot.
  6. When all the water is drained from the paneer,shape it into a large rectangular block,transfer it into another piece of paper/cloth, wrap it properly and refrigerate it overnight.
  7. Cut into cubes and deep fry in hot oil.
  8. Drain and store in the frezer.

Bread Besan Bajji Recipe






Ingredients:
  1. 4 Slices of bread
  2. 1 cup of channa dal
  3. 1 spoon chilli powder
  4. 1/4 spoon corriander powder
  5. salt to taste.
  6. Oil for frying.
Method:
  1. If you prefer onions you can put 1/2 onion cut into small pieces.
  2. Make the paste of channa dal by adding some water and mix salt,chilli, corriander powder and some corriander leaves for taste.
  3. Cut the bread into four pieces and dip them in channa dal paste and
  4. deep fry them in the oil till golden brown.
  5. Serve them with some hot sauce or ketchep.

Vegetable Pie Recipe
















Ingredients:
  1. 2 cups plain flour (maida)
  2. 100 gms. chilled butter
  3. 1/2 tsp. salt
  4. chilled water
  5. For Filling:2 cups Chopped vegetables of choice (eg. potatoes, peas, beans, carrot, spinach, cauliflower etc, All or any)
  6. 2 onions
  7. 1 tomato
  8. 2 green chillies
  9. 1/2" piece ginger
  10. 1 tbsp. oil
  11. 1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsp. curry masala (or garam masala)
  13. 1 tbsp. cream
  14. 1 tsp. corn flour
  15. salt to taste
Method:
  1. Sieve together flour and salt.
  2. Add chilled butter. Mix with fork till mixture is crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle chilled water over it.
  4. Quickly, with light hand mix the dough into a lump.
  5. Do not over knead.
  6. Chill dough for 15 mins. in a plastic bag.
  7. Roll dough into 4" thick round.
  8. Place over a greased pie plate.
  9. Prick with a fork all over.
  10. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 12 mins., or till light brown. Keep aside.
Filling:
  1. Grate tomato, onion, ginger.
  2. Finely chop green chillies.
  3. Chope and boil other vegetables.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet, add the grated vegetables and chillies.
  5. Cook for 4-5 mins. Stirring occasionally.
  6. Add all other ingredients except cream.
  7. Cook till the water evaporates and curry is thick.
  8. Sprinkle a little cornflour over the crust.
  9. Pour and spread the filling in the shell.
  10. Pour cream all over.
  11. Bake for 8-10 mins. in pre-heated oven.
  12. Slice and serve warm.
