Ingredients:
10 | oz | Bread - |
250 | grams | Curd |
8-10 | oz | Curry leaves |
2 | number | Green chillies |
1/2 | tsp | Mustard seeds |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
Method:
1 )Strain the curd through a strainer.
2)Add salt to taste.
3)Remove the sides of the bread.
4)Spread the curd on the first piece of the bread. Cover it with the second piece.
5)Cut into 4 square pcs.
6)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai and add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves.
7)Add the bread pieces and mix well.
8)Cover it for 2 minutes.
:- Serve hot with tomato sauce
