Chilly Baji Recipe












Ingredients:



to taste Asafoetida powder(Kayam)-
4 number Chilly Bajjies(large)
50 grams Chilly Powder
400 grams Gram flour(Kadalamavu)-

to fry Oil

to taste Salt

to taste Tamarind(To be filled inside the chillies)

Method:

1)Mix gram flour, chilly powder, salt and asafoetida in water to prepare a smooth batter.

2)Make a small hole on the chilly to fill the tamarind.

3)Dip the chillies in the batter.

4)Fry them in the oil till they become golden brown.
