Ingredients:
1 | tsp | (roasted, peeled and halved) Coriander powder - |
1/2 | tsp | Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) |
2 | tbsp | Ginger(chopped) |
2 | tbsp | Green chillies(chopped) |
1tea | cup | Groundnuts(Nelakadala) |
1/2 tea | cup | Maida - |
1tea | cup | Oil - |
to taste | Salt | |
1/2 tea | cup | Semolina(Sooji/Rava) - |
1tea | cup | Vermicelli(Semiya) |
Method:
1)Mix together all ingredients.
2)Make balls off it.
3)Shape them into vadas.
4)Heat oil in a pan.
5)Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.
:- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
